The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) is developing a Zero Emissions Vehicle Strategy for release in 2023, providing guidance on transitioning PANYNJ fleet vehicles to zero emission technologies, and supporting the transition for the stakeholders who utilize PANYNJ’s bridges, tunnels, airports, and seaports. As a subconsultant to AECOM and LION Advisors, Rhie Planning is supporting the ZEV Strategy with stakeholder engagement and analysis, as well as providing environmental justice recommendations as a subject matter expert.
